We are a family winery, organic farmers certified that have gone one step more and from this year we are working in winery and vineyards following biodynamic agriculture and principles. A part of our family winery, my wife and I with our children, have started in 2016 a natural wine project that are deeply involving us. We work with local varieties, Monastrell, Garnacha, Garnacha peluda, Tortosina, Roja, Malvasía, Moscatel of Alexandria, etc. We use concrete, amphora clay pots, wood, glass and stainless to elaborate our wines, always thinking that less is more. nothing added and nothing removed and of course 0 sulphites added.
