I was inspired by the idea of producing wine by myself in 2015, when I was 23 – thank in large part to the 23 vintages which passed by in front of me, in my family. I read, asked questions, experienced and finally swapped professions from Finance to Winemaking. Now I am happy – I have my own wine cellar, make wines from local (Kakhetian) grapes and continue 8000 years old winemaking tradition.
