    • Other Information:Rapp is a Barbera del Monferrato Superiore docg exclusively obtained from barbera grapes hand-picked in Gaggero and Vicario vineyards -plantation year between 1970 and 2000- with 50-60 q. per ha yield. It is vinified in stainless steel tanks, using native yeasts only and extended (2-3 weeks) maceration. Aging is done -for 14 months at least- in a mix of French/Slavonian oak casks, tonneaux and barriques, mainly not new. In the local dialect of 19th century, Rapp means "bunch of grape".
