Lumière, 2019

Lumière is our lighthouse that illuminates; balanced, serene, salty and elegant; the lively subtlety of the “palomino” grape. Its grapes come from our best plot: “La Platera”, located on a gentle hill of the “Pago Miraflores”, facing west, with calcareous subsoils of “tosca cerrada” of “albariza” at a depth of 2 meters. It stands out for its harmony, sumptuousness in the mouth, floral aromatic and notes of gunpowder, typical of a large “Pago”. Wood, soil and fruit are harmoniously united. All our wines are from our plots which are farmed by ourself in biodynamic agriculture. In 2019 we made 4130 bottles of 75cl and 500 Magnums of Lumiere 2019. We add sulphites at the begining, before the fermentations and then no more. Lumiere is made with old vines of Palomino of the plot La Platera (1.2h) in the Pago Miraflores, one of the best chalky soils in Sanlucar de Barrameda
