From the Grower
"Peppery opener with particularely terpenic nose. The signature mountain flowers on the nose have a denser presence of elderflowers and nettles. It has the definition of a gin in the clarity and purity of its sents. Then the acidity roars in like a japanese bullet train. The freshness is immediate and powerful with continuity on the peppery, progressively morphing into yellow habaneros and rising in spicyness. Then it streches out widely like Usain Bolt in the last 30 meters. Air, light and iod are the defining elements. Straight and clear, exceptionally long finish and superior aging potential make this our most satisfying white in 2021."

Additional Information
Nosiola is an ancient Trentino grape variety, once spread throughout the region and whose cultivation has since been restricted to the areas of Valle dei Laghi, Colline di Trento and Pressano. It is a variety that expresses itself intensely in poor soil vineyards, cultivating wines of great delicacy and longevity. In the past, Nosiola was always vinified on the skins. The possibility of cultivating ‘real’ grapes, rich in energy thanks to the biodynamic practices undertaken in the vineyard and the extraordinary strength of the amphora, means that now we have the possibility to undertake an ancient style of winemaking. The amphora (Tinaja from Villarrobledo, Spain), with its shape and the porosity of the clay that it is made from, allows the wine to be in contact with the skins over a longer period of time. This is the true expression of the Nosiola, which is revealed slowly, requiring patience and time. This is a table wine that expresses itself best after breathing for a long period and served at least 15 degrees.
