Manual harvesting on the 6th October and placed in small cases of 15 kg. 30 days of maceration in old large oak barrels.
After the first maceration, it is left for six months on the skins of Arneis passito (like ripasso method) which leaves a little sugar residue to the wine. Ageing for six months in a bottle.
This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase. Sugar rate 10 g/l
