Other Information:Fermentation at controlled temperature (16-18 degrees) using organic beet sugar for second fermentation. No other additives used. All our wines are zero dosage, we do not add sugar during the degorgement.
1701 Franciacorta is a 10 ha biodynamic certified winery. As members of Renaissance des Appellations we follow biodynamic farming methods. From our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, we produce Franciacorta Brut Nature, Saten Vintage and Rosé Nature Vintage and a Dosaggio Zero Reserve in exceptional years. Our range also includes Sullerba, a semi-sparkling Chardonnay ‘sur lie’ and Surnàt, a 100% chardonnay vinified in amphora.
