In the winebusiness since 35 years. 25 years ago, we were the first in Germany offering exclusively wild yeast fermented wines with low levels of sulphur and low pH. Today we offer mostly organic and biodynamic wines, shipping them all over Europe. For us the quality of the soil and its understanding is more important than the level of sulphur in a wine. Only healthy soils are able to produce natural wines that make us happy.
