We’ll be kicking off another day of conversations between wine and food personalities and the producers of their favourite wines with a talk by Howie Kahn.

Monday’s first conversation on the We Dig Wine stage is between Oset Babür-Winter, associate culture editor at Food & Wine Magazine, and Mimi Casteel, wine grower and maker at Hope Well in Bethel Heights, Oregon. Hope Well’s mission is to make the most nutrient-dense food and wine, while recovering the natural systems that produce them.

Enjoy a conversation between Talia Baiocchi, Founder and Editor in Chief of PUNCH, and one of her favourite producers - Alejandro Muchada of Muchada-Léclapart. Alejandro teamed up with pioneer Champagne grower-producer David Léclapart, and together they farm 3 hectares of old Palomino and Muscat vineyards using biodynamics, and produce wines of simplicity, elegance and purity.
