Alcohol:13.5% Bottle size:75cl Certified by FR-BIO-10 40 year old Syrah vines, 10-year-old Duras vines Vinification and aging: Harvest at maturity on September 15, 2017 for the Syrah, 8 days later for the Duras. The grapes are harvested by hand, sorted, the harvest is destemmed and placed in vat without adding yeasts or sulphites, 8-day maceration with little pumping over, end of fermentation on juice, in fiber vats. Tasting: Intense red with purple reflections characteristic of these 2 grape varieties, spicy and peppery notes, the attack on the palate is marked by liveliness and freshness. The finish is marked by spicy notes. This wine will be tasted with pleasure during the year but can be kept in the cellar for 5 to 10 years.

Marine’s vines are located on a hillside overlooking the small village of Andillac, near Cahuzac-sur-Vère. Some of the vines are trained: Syrah, Braucol and a plot of Duras, the other is in goblet: Gamay, Mauzac, le loin de l’Oeil, and a pretty little 55-year-old plot of Duras. The vines are worked organically and certified since 2014.
