Delle Selve was born in 2011 on the ashes of a 90's winery. The winery is located in a small valley in Santa Cristina, a village on Rimini hills next to the border with San Marino Republic, in Emilia Romagna. Our vineyard is between 25 and 30 years old on clay soil, 150m on sea level, around 15km from the Adriatic Coast. We do not use selected yeasts to make sure that after every harvest our wines reflect the particularities of the year without any corrective action. Our grapes are grown using less possible organic treatments and following Biodynamic principles. To produce our wines normally they stay in fiberglass tanks during the fermentation process and then they spend another 8 months in restored vintage concrete tanks. Our production is small, around 15k bottles, we produce white, red, orange and sparkling wines. Main grape varieties: Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grechetto Gentile, Trebbiano, Sauvignon Blanc, Garganega. Cultivated area: 5,5HA Certifications: CCPB Organic Certification
