Since 2019 Natural Synergetic Winegrowing, NSW, which means applying biodynamic principals in a subtile way, using homeopathy, kinesiology and the subtile dimension of matter in vineyards and winery for plant protection, application of preparations, diagnosis, treatment of vines and wines. In a few words: winegrowing and vinification without the use of matter, except compost. Spontaneous fermentation only, no fining, no filtration. No added sulphur since 2018.
