Tour de Frukt is our first Swedish rendition of our year-long collaboration with our dear friend and beyond talented winemaker, Come Isambert. The Tour de Fruit project started back in 2017 where we went foraging in the Loire valley with Come for wild pears, apples and blended it with wine from his cellar. Since then it has been an annual collab project, but due to the pandemic we had to do a Swedish only version for 2020. We wanted to pay homage to Come so we kept the name, but changed it from fruit to frukt to make it more swedish. This sparkling fruit wine (Fruit Pét-Nat)is made with 90% apples (Kim and Ingrid Marie) and 10% Solaris grapes. During fermentation the batch underwent a three week long maceration on the grapeskin.
