Additional Information

Small parcels inside the forest. Maximun distance from trees to any vine 100 m. Single barrel. Bunches are sorted and hand harvested into 16 kg crates. Grapes are 70% destemmed and carefully sorted. Grapes are then transferred by gravity into stainless steel tanks where spontaneous fermentation takes place. Malolactic fermentation is done in used French oak followed by 7 months aging in used barrels of 300 and 500L.
