Nellu is a gastronomic wine bar, offering a selection of craft wines from Europe supported by our gastronomic menu by Chef Jean-Baptiste Cabassut, mentored by Clément Vergeat of Restaurant Tamara.
We've decided to highlight some vintners from our portfolio by organizing Vintners' Dinners.
During these events you will be able to meet producers and discuss with them around a 7-steps menu with a food & wine pairing from the star producer of the day.
MEET PLODER-ROSENBERG
Selina and Manuel, from the domain Ploder-Rosenberg, will be joining us this evening and pour their wines, for a special pairing.
Manuel is a 3rd generation wine maker, focusing on his craft, highlighting his terroirs and local varieties. He practices biodynamic farming and now focuses on resistant grape varieties, with Souvignier Gris being the most planted and developed.
Manuel’s winemaking is never rushed. An essential factor is time, or freedom, that he gives the wines to develop.
We love their wines and are excited to share them with you!
