Dominio del Urogallo @ Oberra #rawwineweek

It's #RAWWINEWEEK, and we're fortunate enough to have a lot of fantastic wine growers in town.

 

One of them is Francisco Asencio from Dominio del Urogallo, who will be serving his Asturian Natural Wines on Oberra's Terrace from 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM on Saturday the 10th.

 

Francisco Asencio has been making wines in the area most commonly known for cider, cachopos, and sheep's cheese since 2011. He farms organically with biodynamic treatments and focuses on the local grape varieties of the region. He lets all his wines rest for two years, so he doesn't need to add any sulfites. His wines are amazingly clean and fresh - a perfect fit for a sunny Copenhagen Saturday.
