We use only the finest ingredients – it’s our commitment to you!
The vast majority of our products are organic, and our kitchen is a journey through the flavors of the seasons. Every day we choose ingredients at their very best, offering the fullest taste. We also insist on top quality in those ingredients most often compromised in gastronomy - oils, butters, creams, eggs, and flours. We avoid cheap, industrial XXL formats – because we want every bite to be honest and full of flavor.
Our dishes change as quickly as nature does. If something doesn’t meet our standards today, we immediately change the menu – we’d rather surprise you with a new dish than serve something average.
We work with trusted local suppliers, but sometimes also reach for exceptional products from afar – French cheeses from small producers or spices crafted by artisans.
The entire kitchen is led by Head Chef Krzysztof Łapawa – a graduate of the prestigious French culinary school Le Cordon Bleu in London. He creatively combines classic French techniques with the very best nature has to offer. Because great flavors are born from excellent ingredients.

On our shelves you’ll only find the very best wines – natural, honest, and made with care!
Wine is a cornerstone of our philosophy. We always offer around 200 labels of natural wine, with our selection changing every week. Most of our wines come from France, but you’ll also find treasures from other European regions close to our hearts.
We choose only wines from small, independent producers who proudly sign their work with their own name. These are bottles made with respect for both the environment and the people who drink them – free of chemicals and enhancers. In every bottle you’ll find just one thing: 100% grapes.
We care about diversity – from easy, everyday wines to rare gems from the very top shelf. From bold and distinctive, to those that most beautifully express the classic style of a region. All so that each of you can find something for yourselves, while still remaining within the rich world of natural wines.
Our selection is exclusively European. This is a conscious choice – we want to reduce our carbon footprint and support sustainable development. We believe the cradle of winemaking offers such immense richness that it’s enough for a lifetime of discovering new flavors.
