Authenticity, Purity, regenerative agriculture. At the shores of the lake “Laengsee” we solely focus on organic production of Burgundy grape varietals. On 3 ha we produce Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. Our currenct focus lies on integrating animal farming and methods of regenerative agriculture to develop our goal of a holistic farm.
