Proces is a wine bar as well as a wine importer and distributor, based in Belgrade, Serbia. In addition to the bar itself, which focuses on small, authentic, often family-run wineries from Serbia producing low-intervention wines, for the past two years we have also been importing and distributing wines — staying true to the same concept. Mostly from Spain (Clos Lentiscus, Partida Creus, Finca Parera, Celler 9+ etc), but this fall we are opening a wine shop and expanding our import portfolio to other countries, which is the purpose of the company’s co-owner Ekaterina Sumenkova’s visit to RAW Wine. We are working to introduce as many people as possible to different styles of low-intervention wines, to showcase their wonderful diversity, and at the same time to grow and develop the local wine market
