Vinícola Taro

I am a winemaker who is passionate about showcasing the unique terroir of the Canaries through organic viticulture and thoughtful winemaking. I studied enology at the Polytechnic University of Valencia and had the opportunity to work in Chile and Priorat before returning to Tenerife to pursue my own project. Although winemaking can be challenging in Lanzarote due to its arid climate and volcanic soil, I am dedicated to working with the unique vineyards in the central part of the island near Timanfaya National Park. I am constantly learning and experimenting in order to create the best possible wines that truly showcase the distinct characteristics of the Canaries.
