Since 1763 the Bonaccorsi family has owned land planted with vineyards located on the slopes of the Etna Volcano. The bottom was located in the territory of Piedimonte Etneo at about 800 meters above sea level, in the district of Val Cerasa "valley of cherries". The family passion immediately involved Alice, who after graduating in agricultural sciences dedicated herself to the wine business. In 2000 Alice Bonaccorsi and her husband Rosario Pappalardo start a new adventure, they decide to buy a new land, located in Contrada Croce Monaci in Randazzo, laying the foundations of what is now the Azienda Agricola Valcerasa.
