Our Natural Wine Cellar “Unari” Founded in 2021 by the families of Aleksandre Metreveli and Vano Akhalauri, our vineyards span three distinctive Georgian terroirs, each with its own unique soil and microclimate: • Shilda – Kvareli, Kakheti • Iliatsminda – Sighnaghi, Kakheti • Khovrisi – Mtskheta-Mtianeti, Kartli Our limited production showcases a rich diversity of grape varieties from the Kakheti and Kartli regions: Rkatsiteli, Saperavi, Goruli Mtsvane, Tavkveri, Shavkapito, and other rare Georgian varietals. Each bottle embodies the essence and mastery born from Georgia’s many grape varieties – a wine created by nature, with our role simply to help it reveal its unique character.
