Food is influenced by the wine bars and small eateries of Paris. With sharing plates prepared using classic techniques in the open kitchen alongside a range of charcuteries and cheeses. Thoughtfully sourced, seasonal ingredients form the backbone of the menu. Located in Highbury; nestled between Finsbury and Clissold Parks, Top Cuvée is a neighbourhood bar and bistro with a relaxed interior. The one page wine list is constantly evolving in harmony with the seasons. With wines by the glass rotating daily; working with small producers showcasing natural wines without pretence Top Cuvée serves only wines the team love to drink and is an accessible place for people to discover new tastes.
