The project was born ten years ago with the idea of producing natural wines in the Umbrian Apennine mountains. The vines are grown between 800 and 900 meters at the slopes of Mount Subasio in conditions extreme weather. We are 10 km from Assisi and the management of the vineyard follows the principles of biodynamic agriculture. In the cellar you work in a traditional way, you use of the grapes yeasts, do not control temperatures, not filtered and is not added sulfur.
