Overlooking the estate, the view of the brewery returns us every day to this area of ​​600 Hectares, which has diversified over time thanks to its natural resources. For a few years the estate has cultivated a philosophy of natural balance thanks to organic and biodynamic agriculture where vines, hay, olive trees, bulls and cereals come together. It is in this beautiful dynamic that two passionate amateur brewers Julien Gondard and Guillaume David, challenge themselves to renovate part of this old sheepfold, in order to create an entirely ecological beer factory. Since the new team continues to work in a traditional and ecological way. With respect for successful craft brewing, they offer beers rich in natural flavors that come from the different malts and hops used. The result that these enchanting taste buds want is a range of character, lively and evolving.
