Stilianou Winery

Yiannis Stilianou and his son personally tend to their dry and organic vineyards of 3 hectares, where all grapes are sourced from, and manually do all the pruning and harvesting. Stilianou works exclusively with indigenous Cretan varieties. They have not watered or sprayed their vines in years, and use traditional techniques (e.g. sun drying for their dessert wine), and craft concentrated and extremely balanced wines.
