Stefan Rosner - Wildrose

We want to make authentic wines in Langenlois / Austria. We work with the renown varieties Grüner Veltliner and Riesling in less famous vineyard sites, as well as with various not very common varieties for the region. Our aim is to reflect the cool climate aspect of the region in our wines. Preserving old vineyards, working organic, applying plant based teas are steps in the vineyard. Having wines develop in barrels in our traditional cellar underground and giving them time is what is important in the cellar.
