Signora Luna take place in Tocco da Casauria in the heart of Abruzzo. The name refers to the farmers tradition, that pass from father to son, to follow the moon cicles for the works in the vineyard and in the cellar. A project born from a deep passion and the desire to experiment because we are convinced that only with curiosity, fun and a pinch of madness can something good be created. In the vineyard we use only copper and sulphur treatment. All fermentations are spontaneous and a noninterventionist philosophy is implemented. The wines decant naturally in the winter cold and no filtration or clarification is performed. We think that this is the only way to make wine and, honestly, it's the only way we can do it. Thus, we hope to bring an authentic and pure sip of the Abruzzo land into the glass NOTE: the legal address in Montesilvano (PE) but Vineyards and Cellar are in Tocco da Casauria. At the Moment I use a cellar of another Natural Wine Maker and just Bought a place to set, within 2 years, my own cellar.
