Sevslo Wine

We're a wine importer focusing on small French independent growers who make wine with respect for nature and with minimal intervention in the vineyards and cellar. The company was established in Glasgow in 2019 by Severine Sloboda, who had a sommelier career in the UK since 2004 working alongside such major figures as Thierry Tomasin, former head sommelier at La Gavroche restaurant. Following her career in high end hotels and restaurants, Severine set up Sevslo Wine to share directly her passion alongside the knowledge and experience she built along the way.
