Serps Sidra

I started making cider on 2020 in Girona Spain, after spending some years in the UK. Serps is natural cider made with apples from different regions in Catalunya, Spain. An alive drink treated with minimal intervention approach, fermented with indigenous yeasts and no sulphites added. The territory and climate give unique attributes to each cider. We also combine apples with other fruits, such as pear, persimmon, quince and also foraged fruits and botanicals collected from the forests in the area. I'm currently recovering catalan heritage apple varieties and planting them in the Pyrenees in Girona. There is also a link with the art world, where each label is designed by a different artist under the fanzine style guidelines, being each cuvée bottle a page of this fanzine.
