About
Because wine is the fruit of man inscribed in its territoriality For years, my father Patrick walked through the villages of the French vineyards to find where the relationship between man and the land could be best expressed. First alongside the family business, Nicolas, founded by his grandfather, then independently. At that very moment, he embarked on another form of conviviality, just as gourmet and austere, in the sense of Brillat-Savarin and Ivan Illitch: to satisfy Asia's growing passion for French wines by sharing his discoveries and to support the tradition of a know-how and a savoir-être of the winegrowers of France and Navarre that has been perpetuated in some cases since Louis XIV (r. 1643-1715).
