About
We have launched a winery project in 2019 on a fantastic limestone soil with old vines under biodynamic farming (Demeter label). Benedicte and I are both fascinated by the interaction between the soil composition and the wine quality (specificity of the tanins). We deeply believe that the grape variety is only a vector to highlight the environnement of the parcel. We practice low intervention and our aim is to release balanced and refined wines with a lot of personality and vibrations
