RAW WINE is a celebration of some of the best wine talent in the world. They produce natural, or low-intervention organic and biodynamic wines, all with few additives in the cellar. They are pure, kind to the planet, and probably better for your health.

RAW WINE advocates transparency. We believe that in an ideal world any manipulations and additives used in the making of a wine should be clearly mentioned so that you, as the drinker, know exactly what’s in your glass. RAW WINE is part of this process – any processing and additives used in the making of each wine is clearly listed on our website.

RAW WINE is committed to helping all wine drinkers through real, informed choice. RAW WINE is unprocessed. It is about truth, authenticity and frank wine talking, but most of all it’s about showcasing really good wine.

RAW WINE rassemble une sélection de vignerons et artisans parmi les plus talentueux du monde. Nos viticulteurs produisent tous des vins naturels, biodynamiques et/ou biologiques vinifiés de manière peu ou pas interventionniste. Ces vins sont purs, respectueux de notre planète et délicieux.

RAW WINE prône la transparence. Nous pensons que dans un monde idéal, toute manipulation et/ou additif(s) utilisé(s) dans la fabrication d’un vin ou autre boisson doivent être clairement indiqués afin que le consommateur sache précisément ce que son verre contient. RAW WINE s’inscrit donc dans cette démarche d’exigence en mentionnant les interventions et additif(s) utilisé(s) – ou non – pour chaque vin et autre boisson sur son site internet.

RAW WINE souhaite aider les consommateurs à faire des choix éclairés. Nous nous battons pour la véracité, l’authenticité et la franchise dans les discours concernant le vin et cherchons à présenter au public de délicieuses cuvées de qualité.

Visiting the fair

RAW WINE fairs are open to the wine and food trade, the press and the general public.

RAW WINE Paris is being held at Espace Clacquesin (18 avenue du Maréchal Leclerc, 92240 Malakoff), on 14 & 15 February 2027 (12 - 6 pm on Sunday, 11 am - 6 pm on Monday).

RAW WINE s’adresse à l’ensemble des professionnels du vin et de la gastronomie, à la presse ainsi qu’au grand public.

RAW WINE Paris aura lieu au Espace Clacquesin (18 avenue du Maréchal Leclerc, 92240 Malakoff), le 14 & 15 février 2027 (12h à 18h le dimanche, 11h à 18h le lundi).
