Ruppert-Leroy estate is about 4 hectares a Essoyes, in the Côte des Bar. In 2010 they started conversion to organic agriculture, and also to make their own wines with their grapes. Certified organic since 2013, the vineyard is farmed also according to biodynamic principles. Grapes are Demeter (biodynamic) certified from 2014.
