“Birth repeats itself from thing to thing and life is given to no one as property but to all for use” (Lucretius, De rerum natura ). The Paolucci Daniele farm is a small reality in formation born in 2015 in Grole di Castiglione delle Stiviere (Mantova, Italy). A few kilometers from Lake Garda, on sunny and stony slopes, cut here and there by coppice woods and rural hedges, in accordance with a precious tradition and a unique territory, we collect the generous fruit of a humble and severe land, but meek heart like its inhabitants. The assortment of products currently available is characterized by a strong identity reference to family, territorial and community traditions, bearing in mind the choral and social dimension of work in the countryside. These are agricultural products and as such fruit of the earth and of the industrious hands of man: the interventions in the vineyard and in the cellar and the use of machinery are reduced to the bare minimum. By loving freedom, our wines can express themselves and truly speak of their terroir of origin, the morainic hills of Garda. The assortment is growing progressively giving space to new small batches of products, made according to the climatic conditions and personal choices that each agricultural year presents, ranging from refermented in the bottle, to macerated, to still wines. Most of the production comes from old vines, some even close to 80 years of age. Added to this is a small production of distillates which has recently been enriched with a very small batch of white grappa. 2023 led the company to embark on a new experience, taking care of an ancient olive grove in the process of recovery in Polpenazze del Garda (BS), planning the production of small quantities of oil.
