About
Our family has been producing low environmental impact wines for over 40 years between Langhe and Roero. Currently, all the vineyards are cultivated in organic and biodynamic. The creative vein of the family has given a new impetus to artisanal production, his son Emanuele has brought his experience of artistic research back to the land, which he had never abandoned. Starting from the experience of underground artistic projects, and work with a puppets in italian television for 15 years, he imagines and makes his wines looking for authenticity and simplicity. Helped by other winemakers friends, he rediscovers the origins and traditions, a Barbera without sulphites, an Arneis in maceration (the true peasant tradition of Arneis), a Langhe Nebbiolo with a part of an ancient native Gamay (the last gamay of Langhe!!) saved from disappearance with mass selection, a ancestral method based on arneis and nebbiolo. The craftsmanship is minimal but very careful, indigenous yeasts and a very limited use of sulphites and any other product that is not the sun, the earth, the grapes. Fruity and balanced wines. The art of wine is the simplicity and care of nature.
