Prairie Whale

- In 2012 I sold my Brooklyn restaurants, Diner, Marlow & Sons and Romans and the butcher shop Marlow & Daughters and moved to the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts where my wife and I started a small farm raising Icelandic sheep, pigs & laying hens. In October 2012 we opened Prairie Whale with chef Steve Browning, a farm to table restaurant using the delicious produce from our many local farmers. We are very proud of our natural wine list and are constantly updating the list with our favorite wines when they become available in Massachusetts.
