we are a little, artisan, family winery farm (we also produce Parmigiano-Reggiano!), producing organic and natural wines, focusing on wine quality and respect of the soil, the plants, the animals, the people wich living there, respect for the relationships. we want to be connected with the Nature that host and nourishes us Organic farming (no herbicides, no chemical fertilizers, soil revitalisation), quantity of grapes halved in the vineyard, winter pruning, green vegetation managing and grape harvesting all done manually; in the cellar great cleanliness, respect of the time wines need, no use of any ingredients or corrective agents for vinemaking, just little bit of sulphites (never greater than 25/30 mg/L); We live and work in Emilia Romagna: Reggio Emilia (With Modena) is the capital of Lambrusco; togheter Malvasia di Candia aromatica and Spergola, we want to affirm the qualitative potential of these wines. Sparkling pet nat, sparkling degorged, Spumante Metodo Classico (champenoise, not Charmat).
