Paradise Beer Factory is a Japanese fermentation producer based in Kashima, home to the 2,600-year-old Kashima Shrine.
We cultivate our own barley, rice, wheat, and heirloom soybeans on estate farms managed without fertilizers, compost, or pesticides. From these ingredients, we produce beer, sake, soy sauce, miso, and other fermented foods, expressing Japanese terroir through fermentation.
Our beers are brewed from 100% estate-grown malt and fermented with native microorganisms originating from the historic Terada Honke sake brewery. We use traditional Japanese cedar vessels and naturally carbonate every beer through bottle or can refermentation, without forced carbonation or additives.
Certified organic under USDA, EU, and JAS standards, our products have been served at the G7 Hiroshima Summit and selected by leading restaurants including INUA, Florilège, 1 Hotel Tokyo, and JW Marriott.
This is not just beer, but a fermented expression of Japanese land and culture.
We preserve heirloom varieties, traditional fermentation methods, and the agricultural heritage of Japan through every bottle we make.
