OMAFRIDA

OMAFRIDA is a non-alcoholic sparkling drink I created 2 years ago not to imitate wine but to offer a true alternative to alcohol and overly sweet sodas. It is 100% organic and 100% French, crafted from single-varietal grape juice sourced from winegrowers, verjus (juice from early-harvested grapes), and infusions of wild plants - linden blossom, elderflower, and rosemary. All ingredients come from the South of France. Each cuvée is produced in limited quantities and evolves with the grape: the recipe remains the same, but the grape variety changes from one cuvée to the next.
