Mas des Colibris

My name is Sébastien Galtier, and I have been a winegrower at Mas des Colibris in Gignac in the Hérault region since 2013. I have been working 10 hectares of vineyards certified organic for 25 years and biodynamic (DEMETER) since 2020. The terroir is of very high quality and located in a preserved natural setting. I produce wines under the Grés de Montpellier AOP, Saint Guilhem le Désert IGP and Vin de France appellations. We harvest by hand and vinify without oenological inputs, using only a small amount of SO2 if necessary. Several of our wines are certified Vin Méthode Nature.
