Marias Ampelos is a company is closely related to the monastery in Norway, established in honor of King Saint Olav. The winery is located in the monastery itself and purposefully in the production technology we share basic principles of the Christian faith:

- Pure nature and pure and honest product
- Free will. We produce with creativity and intuition in technology
- Empathy and love between the team.

We produce by preserving and creating Interrelationship and symbiosis between microorganisms, bacteria, enzymes, minerals and vitamins. This is how we create a completely natural and living product that is useful and honest to carry within itself the terroir to which it belongs.
