Aloha. We are craft chocolate makers at our core, specializing in Hawaiian grown cacao. We apply our values as chocolatiers to our method for sourcing wine: only selecting low-to-no intervention. We believe in embracing the natural flavor of the Earth, and strive to cultivate something that's untarnished by interventional practices and additives. We continue to show our dedication through education on our chocolate making, as well as our sourcing of wine. Magic is made when we enjoy them together, with pairing being another fun element we bring to our guests.
