🍷Maison X Institute (NingXia | SiChuan | YunNan, China)／Spark JIANG Born in Shanghai. Former sommelier at Joël Robuchon Shanghai. Founded as a concept in 2019, with the first vintage released in 2021. Focus on wild yeast and zero additives winemaking is an ongoing experiment to reveal new faces of China’s diverse terroirs. Current production sites include Gobi Desert of East Mt.HeLan in NingXia （Northwest） and world’s highest altitude vineyards (2,000–3,000m) of Mt.SiGuNiang in Aba, SiChuan, and Mt.MeiLi in Shangri-La, YunNan(Southwest）-Alpine Region.
