Along with my husband, Ghislain Moritz we worked before for other wineries; in Burgundy – at Chateaux Chamirey, in Portugal – Douro Valley at Conceito Winery and in Romania – at Avincis, and in 2017, we got the chance to get our hands on in less than 5ha in a mountain vineyard here in Alsace, in a village called Albé (400 – 500 meters of Altitude) beautiful kind of salvage landscape, compared to the lovely wine route.

We started everting from scratch, since none of our families comes from a long line of winegrowers, even less me, since I am Colombian. It gives us even a greater pride and joy to share what we do with wine lovers. All of our plots are planted on a schist terroir (slate)! And we are on a mission to share our wines from this amazing terroir with the world…. In limited quantities of course 😉

We work low yields 25 – 45 hl/ha, depending on the year. The fermentation is done, only with indigenous yeast, no sulfites added and unfiltered wine. We make low intervention wines. Nothing besides our grapes and love. We work in organic agriculture since we started in 2018, and since 2020 we work under the Biodynamic principles (Demeter).
