Lumen and Hey Ginger

We have been practicing minimal-intervention winemaking for 14 years, and acquired our own vineyards in 2021, where we farm organically with regenerative practices. Owner/winemaker Will Henry also manages our 18-acre estate, where he experiments with wild-farmed Pinot Noir. The Lumen brand is made with very low sulfite additions (less than 30 ppm), and Hey Ginger is made only from two ingredients - organic grapes and fresh ginger root - which are co-fermented due to ginger's naturally antioxidant and anti-bacterial properties (which substitutes for sulfites and gives the wine a hint of ginger).
