Savennières... a sublime terroir on the banks of the Loire, south of Angers, and an unspoiled natural haven of light for the chenin blanc grape variety.
It is there that i have chosen to practice the art of winemaking, with the ambition to produce expressive terroir wines that respect the fragile balance of local flora and fauna.

In 2000, i took on a magnificient parcel of AOC Savennières, where the south-facing, weathered terroir was rich in schist soil... but without a single vine. My ambitious, long-term project to recreate a vineyard begins.
