The region of Midi-Pyrenées in the South-West of France is the place, where fruit and vine cultivation has been a tradition for over a millennium and where Laurent Cazottes found the perfect place to distillate highest quality eau de vie, liqueurs and making wine. The distillation process is a way to concentrate tastes and essences, that is why, since its very beginning, the Distillerie Cazottes is only using organically grown fruits. The vineyards and the cellar are certificated organic which means no use of any weed killers, pesticides, fertilizers or other synthetic products. Harvesting is manual and all the winemaking process sustain and respect our terroir.
