La Vrille et le Papillon

We are in Valvignères (ARDECHE – FRANCE ), in the South Rhône Valley. 6 hectares of vines grown in organic farming, in argilo-calcareus soil. An exposure on east and west slopes, with a mediterranean climate. We started, since 2012. Installation on family vines, 2 ha 80 of syrah and cabernet sauvignon and on parcels of Viognier, Merlot, Grenache and Ugni blanc (2ha70), taken again, in 2012. The different grape varieties are harvested manually and vinified as naturally as possible. The wines are neither filtered or glued and no sulfites are added.
