We Cultivate 7 hectares of vines in Organic and Biodynamic Viticulture on Mâcon-Bray appellation. Situated on the northernmost of Mâconnais Vineyard.
We try to practice in the vines and in the cellar with as much common sense as possible ! There are differents substrate type on Bray range : Granitic Soils where Gamay grown, marls and red clay for Gamay and Chardonnay. And limestone soils are more specific to Chardonnay.
At La Vigne Mouton we produce wines of the 4 Burgundian Grape Varieties : Aligoté, Chardonnay, Gamay et Pinot Noir. Respecting the truest expression of the vintage, with minimal intervention ! Enjoy !
